Yoga class in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday evening, February 1st, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse. Please bring a blanket for our final resting pose (savasana).

This is an all-levels Hatha class with some flowing elements. The class is suitable for beginners through advanced. Modifications and variations are taught, as needed.
