Yoga in Mirrormont class will be offered this week on Monday, September 15th, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse. Please bring a blanket for use as a helpful prop and during our final resting pose (Savasana).

We will reflect the Harvest and Full Moons by enjoying Chandra Namaskar, a beautiful vinyasa flow. Soothe your weary, exhausted body and soul by practicing this slow-motion, fluid, calming, supportive, rejuvenating sequence!

Early autumn greetings to you and yours! Yoga in Mirrormont classes will be offered once again on Mondays this fall, with our first class being held on Monday, September 8th, from 5 - 6 in the Mirrormont Clubhouse. All levels are welcome and modifications will be taught, as needed.

As the pool has opened and the clubouse has begun filling with happy noise and chaos, Yoga in Mirrormont classes will be on haitus for the summer.
