Yoga class in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday evening, April 11th, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse. Please bring a blanket for savasana and two old tennis balls in a sock, as we practice some fun ways to ease pain and undo tightness and knots.

We will work on strengthening the wrists, forearms, shoulder girdle, and core. We will practice threading the needle in side plank for extra core cultivation. We will add a little belly-dance movement - pure fun!
