Yoga class in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday evening, October 5th, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse. Please bring a blanket for our final resting pose.

We will focus on yoga poses that emphasize the lungs and large intestines, organs associated with the fall: Twists, side stretches, backbends, warriors, and moon salutations warm the body and release stress. A long savasana will end our class, stabilizing our energy and preparing us for a good night's sleep.
