Yoga class in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday evening, October 12th, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse. Please bring a blanket for our final resting pose (savasana).

We will focus on building our metabolism through cultivation of the core muscles and breath work, followed by luxuriating into deep relaxation.
