Close your eyes, scan your world, share your love. ~Natalie Smith, Director of Yoga Behind Bars

Yoga in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday, November 21, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse. Please bring a blanket for savasana and a portable space heater, if convenient.

Also, you are warmly invited to attend Gratitude in Motion, a donation-based class at Terra Yoga on November 26, the Saturday after Thanksgiving, from 2 - 4 pm to benefit Yoga Behind Bars. Yoga Behind Bars is a Seattle-based, volunteer-powered non-profit that offers incarcerated people - men, women and youth - the transformative power of yoga as a tool for self-awareness, healing, and a pathway to freedom. I teach incarcerated teens at Echo Glen Children's Center in Snoqualmie for this organization.
