Yoga class in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday evening, November 9th, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse. Please bring a blanket and any props you might have on hand (bolsters, blocks, straps).

Expanding into Vasisthasana

  • Stretches and strengthens the wrists
  • Stretches the backs of the legs (in the full version described below)
  • Improves sense of balance
