We will practice the art of slowing down and being present. Class will begin with moon salutations, followed by a strong standing sequence with longer-held asanas for fall/winter, abdominal-strengthening, hip-openers, and backbends. We will explore inversions and end with the deep relaxation that can only be found in savasana. All levels are welcome and modifications and variations are taught, as needed.
