Everything that slows us down and forces patience, everything that sets us back into the slow circles of nature, is a help. Gardening is an instrument of grace. ~May Sarton

A special series of Yoga for Gardeners classes will be offered during April and May.

Madeleine hopes that April showers will bring May flowers!
The series begins on Monday evening, April 22, and lasts through May 27. Classes are from 5 - 6 pm in the clubhouse. This series will focus on learning how to stretch safely, improve core strength, open the shoulders, strengthen the legs, and keep the hands, feet, and back supple and strong. Most importantly, we will learn to breathe more fully and relax more deeply, making gardening even more rewarding and fun!

If you love gardening and want to stay fit and injury-free while planting, weeding, and harvesting, you will benefit from this class. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Class fee is $10.

Blessings,
Bonnie
