Yoga class in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday evening, April 25, at 7:30 in the clubhouse. Please bring a blanket for savasana.

Getting upside-down is a wonderful way to get rid of winter's sludge as we move into spring. Join in the fun as we practice some basic and intermediate inversions. Turn that frown upside-down and take another look at your world with yoga!
