Yoga class will be offered this week on Monday evening, July 12, at 7:30 in the clubhouse. Please drink plenty of water before and after class.
As we move through yoga postures with appreciation and respect for our bodies, we learn to honor and listen sensitively to what our bodies need. We develop a keen awareness of comfort and discomfort which helps us access, move and release toxic emotions. The heart opens to vibrant living and thankfulness.
