Yoga class in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday evening, February 2nd, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse.

We will focus on poses that help us to let go with grace and move on with new energy and hope.


Keith Mitchell, retired NFL linebacker, now yoga and meditation instructor
Keith Mitchell was a promising NFL defensive linebacker in the 90's, playing for the New Orleans Saints, the Houston Texans, and the Jacksonville Jaguars. When his career ended abruptly at age 31 due to a paralyzing spinal contusion, yoga and meditation helped him to let go and pointed him in a new direction. His new calling is bringing yoga and meditation to at-risk youth and adults, veterans, and families in need across the country through his organization, Light It Up Charity Foundation.
