Yoga class in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Thursday, February 27th, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse.
Twists, folds, backbends, and bridges are yoga poses that help us accomplish some inner spring cleaning, making room for new activities, healthy habits, and thoughts. Experience how yoga helps us come out of hibernation and move into warmth and joy!
