Get your 12th Man yoga on! Embody victory and joy!

Yoga in Mirrormont class will be offered this Thursday, February 6th, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse. We will warm things up with a calming Chandra Namaskara (Moon Salutation) followed by a rejuvenating 12th Man sequence. We will finish with a deeply healing, long, restful savasana.

Perhaps mandatory yoga and meditation practices contributed to the Seattle Seahawks' domination and victory over the Denver Broncos in the Superbowl?

Michael Gervais, a high-performance sports psychologist and Seahawk consultant, claims that mindfulness of thought translates into mindfulness of movement.
