Yoga class in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday evening, February 27, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse. Step gracefully out of a hectic pace and into the loveliness of ordinary time.
Slow-motion movement slows the mind and awakens awareness. As we slow our pace and become absorbed in the small details of our yoga practice, we become more mindful and are drawn to the stillness within. Off the mat we are able to focus more deeply on one activity at a time, bringing pleasure, relaxation and joy to our lives.
