Encourage compassion, acceptance, and receptivity with yoga!

Yoga class in Mirrormont will be offered on Monday, June 20, at a different time for this week only: 5 - 6 pm.


To stay cool, calm, and collected in the summer, Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga) emphasizes the qualities of coolness, softness, and gracefulness as we flow throughout our practice. Moon Salutation (Chandra Namaskara) allows us the opportunity to move with ease.

As summer approaches, we practice with a more relaxed intensity, incorporating plenty of cooling forward bends, twists, and side-opening postures. This allows a compassionate, accepting, and receptive attitude to emerge in our yoga practice and lives.
