Move into stillness with yoga!

Yoga in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday evening, December 13, at 7:30. Take time to catch your breath and calm your mind during the December hustle and bustle as you stretch and twist your way to stillness. Please bring a blanket for a luxuriously long holiday savasana (final resting pose).
