Yoga class in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday, November 22, at 7:30. Please bring a blanket for final resting pose and a portable space heater, if convenient.

The etiquette of yoga is humility and kindness. During the month of Thanksgiving all donations will be sent to the Prosthetics Outreach Foundation. Please spread the word to any neighbors who you think might be interested it trying yoga and supporting a great cause.
