Yoga class in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday evening, May 2nd, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse. Please bring a blanket and any yoga props (blocks, bolsters, straps) you have on hand.


Practice flying safely into Bakasana (Crow Pose)!

All ages and levels are welcome. Modifications and variations are taught as needed.
