Stay warm and grounded in the winter months with yoga!

Yoga in Mirrormont will be offered this week on Monday evening, January 30, from 5 - 6 in the clubhouse.

Overactivity and the added stresses surrounding the holidays can make us feel as dry, cold and flighty as an ice storm. Restore and come inward with a yin yoga practice. This practice will help you conserve energy and time for connecting with family and friends and will also help you connect with the quiet, nurturing side of winter.
